“Manage more things yourself”


We noticed that most of you hire fresh new employees for extra manpower in these busy times. If this happens you will need new accounts for new employees. Did you know you can do this yourself if you have a manager role?

There are more things you can do yourself in these busy times, like: manage the holidays of your organization, Manage API keys, add phone numbers you want to block for calling and more.

For this we created a manual for you. You can find the manual on the top right, when you click your name and select: “support”. After clicking this you see different documents, including the manual.
You can also click here to get forwarded to the manual directly.


There are different roles within the portal:

  • Normal user

  • Dashboard access only user

  • Scheduler user

  • File access user

  • Manager

For users that only require access to the portal to create PayLinks or E-Mandates.

Don’t forget to set the required:“Module access”.
